Introduction

We may offer products with what are known as "Resale rights." There are three types of resalel rights that can accompany different products: Basic Resale Rights ,Master Resale Rights and Private Label Rights. By accessing this website, related sites where products with resale rights can be downloaded, or purchasing our products, you agree to adhere to the resale rights associated with each product you sell.

Basic Resale Rights

With Basic Resale Rights you have the right to sell the product to others and keep 100 percent of the profits. You do not need to pay royalties per sale.

The persons to whom you sell the product do not have the right to sell the product to others.

Basic Resale Rights are your default rights if you are unsure of what rights come with a product. If you see a product of ours listed as having 'Resale Rights' that is the same as having Basic Resale Rights.

Master Resale Rights

With Master Resale Rights you have the right to sell the product to others and keep 100 percent of the profits. You do not need to pay royalties per sale.

Additionally, you can sell the Basic Resale Rights to others so that person to whom you sell the product have the right to also sell the product to others.

You only have Master Resale Rights if you see the word 'master' associated with your rights.

Private Label Rights

With MPrivate Label Rights you have the right to edit or sell the product to others and keep 100 percent of the profits. You can put your or your companies name on the product.

Additionally, After modification you can also sell the product with resale rights, i.e. Basic resale rights and Masterresale Rights, to others so that person to whom you sell the product have the right to also sell the product to others.
